I couldn't walk effectively, because of water retention. So after reading about desiccated bovine thyroid I decided to try it. The doctor didn't want to prescribe it to me but I insisted. After taking it, wow what a big difference, within a week all the water retention the synthroid caused disappeared and I am now on it for years.
